Virtual pilates is building momentum. This week I contacted a few of the 10 winners of my virtual pilates giveaway.Scheduling dates across timezones takes some time. I am still reading through all of the wonderful entries, so don’t fret if you haven’t received your email. Instigationology.com was in town for the weekend and we wasted no time getting in the studio to film. As a dancer and actor she had some experience with pilates, but had never worked on the equipment Joseph Pilates created. I was happy to share these “torture” devices with her. Check it….
