Since the moment you opened your blurry eyes the mind has already created enough drama and tension anticipating how your day will unravel. So, coupling your yabbering thoughts with any body unease will only amplify your stress levels. Set yourself on the right track for the day by awakening the entire body with this mindfulness exercise created by yours truly.
