10 Weeks Postpartum and Eager to Travel

10 weeks postpartum and we are ready and eager to travel. Wilders first big adventure on a plane was our 4-day ski trip to Park City, Utah in March, followed by Costa Rica in June to celebrate my 36th birthday.

Not a day goes by that I don’t…

dream about the lush jungle, shimmering warm waves, and white sand beaches of Costa Rica.
miss the monkeys, sloths, macaws, and toucans that call the land of Pura Vida home.

I miss the jungle every damn day.

I wish this wasn’t the case. It would make my life in the U.S so much easier. But, my heart will forever be in the jungles of Costa Rica. I feel more home there than anywhere else in the world.

I can’t wait for Wilder to feel the magic and high vibes I had the pleasure of calling home for 7 years.

Travel has been a massive part of my life and growth since I was 18 years old.

When I launched my business after college I knew it had to include lots of international travel. I absolutely LOVE immersing in and learning from other cultures.

I want nothing more than for Wilder to experience the beauty of our world through travel the way I have. The perspective he will gain is priceless.

I’d also love him to learn fluent Spanish so he can be bilingual. Something I wish I had learned when I was a kid. I plan to practice with Wilder as much as I can to keep my skills up too.

One of my goals is to buy a 2nd home in Costa Rica so our family can split our time between both countries.
