Alright everyone! Thanks so much for your survey input. So very very interesting! It’s fantastic to connect with you all on a more personal level. The more I interact and know about you the more I can tailor my content to your needs. Here are a few things I discovered through that easy breezy survey.

1.) It’s a 50/50 Split: I have just as many guys as gals reading my work! Why am I stoked about this? Way back three years ago when I launched this site I aimed to target woman my age. Partly because I was a female in my early twenties who could relate the most to their issues. While I still hope to reach and empower tons of women my age, I struggled then and even today to find a voice amongst the beauty and fashion mavens who rule the market. Why is the new trend in lipstick more important than stretching? You tell me.

When comments started to flood in from the men on posts that are more targeted or revolved around women I was excited. Now the discussions can begin! My new aim in this overhaul is to write more specifically for everyone.

I just finished up a campaign with Only In A Woman’s World which is why there were a few posts specifically aimed at women like, Real Vs. Fake Beauty and the most well received, How To Shatter Poor Body Image Through Awareness. I’m sure you all noticed the links, hence the explanation. I think guys can learn a lot from these types of articles anyway. The more we understand each other the more peace in the bedroom (and world!).

2.) Fitness Won: What information would help you create your most epic self? Out of all the categories I adore writing about, Fitness ranked number one. 70% of you want more advice and tips on toning and shaping up. Be careful what you wish for… you don’t want to unleash me…
