Raw Guacamole & Coconut Cheese Nachos Recipe
4 individual servings or 1 large party serving

Tortillas Chips:

1 cup of flax seeds, grounded
2 cups cilantro, chopped
2 large tomatoes, chopped
1 large zucchini, chopped
1 small red onion, chopped
½ cup of tahini
2 cloves of garlic
1 tsp of cayenne pepper

Directions:
1) Ground 1 cup of flax seed using high-speed blender until powdered consistency is achieved.
2) Add all other ingredients into blender and blend until smooth.
3) Spread thin layer of mixture on teflex sheet(s). Should cover approximately two full sheets.
4) Place sheets into dehydrator for approximately 20 hours until desired crunchiness. Flip layers after approximately 8 hours of dehydrating.

Coconut Cheese:

2 cups of coconut meat, blended
1 tsp of turmeric
1 tsp of paprika
Cayenne to taste

Directions:
1) Blend coconut meat using a high-speed blender.
2) Mix all ingredients together.

Guacamole:

4 medium avocados, crushed
1 small red bell pepper, chopped
1 tomato, diced
1 cup cilantro, minced
1 small red onion, chopped
1 lime, juiced
pinch of salt
pinch of crushed dried chili peppers

Directions:
1) Crush avocados in mixing bowl with fork.
2) Add remaining ingredients to bowl and mix together.

How to create your final masterpiece!

1) Break tortilla sheets into chip-sized pieces and place in serving bowl.
2) Add layer of coconut cheese followed by a heaping serving of guacamole.
3) Garnish as desired.
