New Year
2018 is coming to a close, and that means it’s time for a new year, a new you, and a new EpicSelf!
I am celebrating the holidays with my growing family in our new home in Austin with our new tribe of dear friends. There’s so much to be grateful for!
I’ve been very busy abroad over the last two months leading teacher training and retreats in Thailand and Costa Rica.
I’m grateful for a week of slowing down and integrating all that has unfolded as 2018 comes to a close. There have been so many profound lessons and intense growth this year on all levels!
This week I’m preparing for our busy high season in Costa Rica where I will be leading another five back to back trainings and retreats through the end of June. I can’t wait to meet everyone!
All programs are full with waiting lists, so if you were hoping to join me in paradise this year, don’t worry. I’m posting new dates for Fall/Winter of 2019 soon!
I’m beyond elated to bring people together from all over the world to heal, awaken and transform. There is no greater fulfillment for my heart than to witness my students and guests remember how limitless they are and how wonderful they can feel if they choose to do the inner work.

Taking time to relax, play, give back, and be present is paramount as we head into the new year of possibility. It’s time for the new you to be revealed!
You deserve all the time and space you want and need to reflect and nourish your mind, body, and spirit. 2019 will bring us many blessings, and preparation is key!
It’s time to focus on YOU. Dump those toxic relationships and environments and find who you really are. Become a light leader and begin living fully on purpose. Reconnect with yourself and rediscover who you are. The world needs you to be you, and no one else can do that but YOU.
2019 is the time to let the new you shine, and I can’t wait to see your transformation!
New EpicSelf
I’m also laying the groundwork for a complete revamp of my business for 2019. I’m being called to step up, shine brighter, and create new, in-person and online programs that will shift our collective consciousness faster.
That said, this January is the last time I will be offering the Epic Academy Yoga Teacher Training and Restorative Eco Chef Certification. We’ve had many wonderful years of running these 30-day trainings, and we’ve seen countless transformations.
But, as I learn and grow personally, I realize what the next level of my life and business must shift into. It’s time to reach more people and make a more profound impact on those I serve.
I can’t wait to share what I’ve been designing for you! I’ll be announcing these new in-person and online programs in January, so keep your eyes peeled for my emails.
In the meantime, I am excited to share that my Self Love Warrior Online Membership Community is alive, thriving, and growing substantially! I will be opening up registration for this online tribe once again this week after Christmas to assist you on your self-love journey next year.
