Raw Food Recipe – Gluten Free Vegan Pizza!

As a long term raw vegan I truly appreciate a raw pizza crust or cracker made without nuts. Most gourmet and basic raw recipes call for cups and cups of soaked nuts. This can be a nightmare for some people to process and pass. Nuts are harder for my personal system to digest, compared to seeds, and I’d rather eat less fat per meal. 

 

This plant strong pizza base is made of chia seeds, zucchini and herbs if you can believe it! It was dehydrated over night and turned out crispy and ready for toppings. So rad!

 

As a chef the fun is creating new flavor combos, textures, and watching people’s reactions as they take their first bite. It is so fulfilling and satisfying knowing that the love you put into your food is brightening someone else’s day and serving their highest potential.
