Set a block of time EVERY DAY to honor your body. Use this time to exercise, meditate, make healthy meals & plan ahead.
Make It Fun
If there’s no element of fun, you won’t stick with it. Choose movement you love, recipes that dazzle your taste buds, ask a friend to join you & tune into media that empowers you.
Remember Your WHY
Why do you care about feeling awesome everyday? Is it for your business, your family, or to experience your potential? Write down & reflect on your WHY every day to stay focused & motivated.
Celebrate Your Wins
Pat yourself on the back often. Celebrate with activities that don’t cause more harm. Eating cake to celebrate your epic workout sets you back.
Forgive Yourself
When you “fall off the wagon,” get right back on. Don’t dwell in guilt & shame. Forgive yourself and decide to choose differently next time. Every moment is an opportunity to begin again.
