What is it with stars and their crazy crash diets? Two stars recently reveiled their ridiculous weight loss tactics. First up is Jamie Pressley who says she lost her baby weight by jumping on the Cabbage Soup diet. Pressley says:
“I got back into the gym and worked out two hours a day, five days a week, and I did the Cabbage Soup diet. It helps cut the fat and it’s also something that doctors give patients who are waiting to go into surgery – to detox their body. So it’s a really great, healthy diet.”~ Jaime Pressley

 Ummm… sorry to burst your bubble, but drinking basically water is not a healthy diet! Yes it might be a way to detox for maybe a day, but seriously, doctors might have once put patients on the cabbage soup diet. It still can’t be confirmed that they ever did. 

jared leto and crash diet

Jared Leto on the other hand skips the detox, cabbage soup and goes right for water with chili pepper. Water with a spoonful of chili pepper and “lots of sex” claims to be how Jared Leto lost 15lbs. 
Yeah… that or the drugs.
Both diets are ridiculous and, in my opinion, dangerous to your health. Crash diets don’t work over the long term. All you need is healthy whole food nutrition.
