When was your last annual check up? The snap of latex gloves, stench of rubbing alcohol, and pinch of a needle prick sends chills up your spine and flashes childhood memories across your cortex. Inhale and exhale…Thankfully, that brutal clinical Western med experience is fusing with holistic Eastern traditions around the country.

Check out his guidelines for all eaters. My favorite line…“You are NOT what you eat, you are what you ABSORB. Chew!”
Thanks to Dr. Klaper, and a simple blood test, my B12 levels and fatty acid ratio is now perfect. I currently take a B12 supplement twice a week and make sure to toss walnuts, flax, and hemp seed into my salads, smoothies and wraps.
